MyOpenWaterSwim - Pennington Flash a great open water swim venue

At MyTriathlon we're passionate about everything Swim-Bike-Run.

Through the summer months we organise open water swim sessions at Pennington Flash – an open water swim venue for novice and experienced swimmers looking to develop their open water skills.



MyOpenWaterSwim.co.uk based at Pennington Flash – Leigh and Lowton Sailing Club just off the M6 (Junction 22/23) - between Manchester and Liverpool.

Pennington Flash plays host to the annual UK Ironman event that takes place in July. 


For the 2014 season we've got lots planned

• Regular weekly swims – Monday, Thursday evenings and Wednesday and Saturday mornings
• Twilight Swims - the first will be held on 10^th May
• The Great Lancashire Race Series – with a number of race distances to suit everyone
• Aquathlons
• Triathlon Training Days – Novice - Intermediate and Long Distance
